Joshua and Katelyn ~ Wedding July 5, 2017

Joshua and Katelyn’s wedding was the first of  my July back to back weddings!  We had had a pretty mild start to the summer season as far as temperatures go, then our full summer hit and were were 2 degrees shy of 100 on their wedding day.  I will say that the excitement and beauty of their wedding day totally made us forget about the heat!

I have known Joshua and Katelyn for many years through our church family… I watched as they were confirmed, and have worked with them both on mission trips, getting to see their hearts!  So, honestly there are no words to how special it was for me to get to photograph their wedding day.

We met for coffee late December 2016 to start discussing their wedding day plans, then before we knew it, we were meeting for a walk through at their venue… The beautiful Denver Botanic Gardens,  Chatfield Farms!

Their wedding day was filled with so much joy and happiness!  They were surrounded by the love of their families and friends! I am thrilled for them and excited for the future they get to do together…
